Parents should regulate their teens diet and exercise to prevent obesity. One reason is they could get diabetes Another reason is they can go over weight and other kids could call them really mean names
Additionally, to that they might start to hate their own body getting depressed and that could effect their own health itself .In conclusion parents should give their kids more healy food.
